AR Insider was created to bring together a host of media services that have been developed and tested specifically for adventure race directors and associated partners. It was founded by Boston, MA photographer and award winning filmmaker, JS O’Connor who has been working with race directors since 2016 to capture and convey the stories of their epic events.
Adventure racing is a global sport and our goal is to bring fans as close to the action as possible across vast distances and from remote locations. We draw from a network of seasoned and vetted professional outdoor photographers, journalists and videographers to capture stories on the ground while leveraging the latest in livestreaming technology to produce and distribute a cohesive and engaging race media package.
Our team is able to deploy globally, and we know adventure racing. We’re racers too, and we’re not afraid to get out there with the teams on the course at any time of day or night, in any conditions. We can also help plan and execute expedition race media packages remotely from our US East Coast studio.
